Everyone I've ever met who quit smoking permanently made so with the help of NLP. Most chemical methods to stop smoking just to help you resist the strong temptation to turn on another cigarette. Quit smoking tips:-

1- Motivation: Make a list of all the health effects of smoking and then put it next to your computer, next to your favourite chair and above your bed.

2- Anchors breaking: Usually smoking will be anchored to something else in your mind as some places or times. If you want to stop smoking, then you should try smoking to different situations and different places instead of your usual. For example, if you used to smoke just after launch then never do that and instead smoking at any other time. By doing this you will be breaking the relation between smoking and other external stimulates that remind you of your smoke craving.

3- You don't have to quit at the first attempt: know that some people leave on the first try, some on the fifth and the tenth some so do not give up trying and you will do it.

4- Self-discipline and quitting smoke: developing your self-discipline is another thing that can help you quit smoking. Self-discipline can help you resist the emotions that force you to smoke. Develop self-discipline is a must if you are serious about quitting smoking.

5- Hypnosis to stop smoking: If all the above methods fail, you can use hypnosis to stop smoking. Hypnosis is a very powerful method to quit smoking. Many people quit after the first hypnosis session and never go back.
