Lie Detecting

How to know if someone is lying,
Being a liar or a lie detector both are something that many people want to know how to do.
Lying is never a clear case; there are certainly strong indicators but no foolproof method 100%. But with a little practice, you can easily become the next best thing.

The warning signs of a lie
The lies and deceits require different brain processes than telling the truth. When you say the truth, you usually find a memory associated with the real answer and replay with your vocal cords.
However, when you are lying down; your brain not only has to deal with the truth and remember your brain needs to a series of additional processes:-

1-The frontal lobe warns you that you do not want to reveal the truth.

2-Your mind makes up the alternative answer (the lie) or sometimes recalls a false memory (if you have already planned the lie).

3-You need to focus on a certain level to deliver the lie without appearing misleading.

4- You need to assess the reaction of the listener to see if they believe.

5- Usually, you then try to change the subject or use body language to discourage anyone from pursuing this line of questioning.

None of these processes occur when telling the truth. And of course, with all these additional processes, these portions begin to appear on the surface. When we learn to read the signs, we can say when someone is lying.

The signals that reveal face when someone may be lying,

1- The first sign is the eyes. When the brain creates a mental picture, the eyes move instinctively and to their right meaning access to the right hemisphere (of creation) and the visual cortex (images). This usually means they are the construction of an image in their heads. If someone is recalling an image (remembering they actually seen), they would seek and their left.

2- Eyebrows rise toward the centre of the forehead (where the arrow land in the picture) is a sign of fear. This sign may occur during or immediately after a lie, because they afraid that you will see through it.

3- Another sign of fear are the sides of the mouth turning down. The muscles that control this action are very specific and it is almost impossible to consciously activate without activating any other lip related muscles.

4- When someone touches their nose or lips, covering her mouth or in some way affects the face for the story of a lie. It is very common and is an expression of a desire to hide or casual look while misdirecting your attention.

5- Other signs that someone may be lying, the four above signals are not 100% accurate, it is possible for a good liar to prevent one of these signs occurring during tell them a lie. Sometimes a liar is so talented that they can actually convince themselves that they are telling the truth, so a lie can look quite authentic. But we must great effort in the brain to convince you that you tell the truth, and these efforts have cranial fingerprint.
