- Linguistic: indicates that the neural processes of the mind are
coded, ordered, and give meaning through language, communication systems, and

in our body-mind organism which then allows us to provide achieve our desired

things.
It aims to go beyond the remedial changes (solving specific problems)
for the "generative change" which gives you the opportunity to
achieve more in all areas of your life; positive change,
create new choices, be more effective with others, break free of old habits and self-destructive behaviours, manage negative situations, reduce stress and you'll be able to know exactly what you want and how to get it in life and develop skills that will help you achieve this result.
NLP in a nutshell
To succeed, you only need to
remember three things:-
1-Know
what you want; have a clear idea of your desired outcome in any
situation.
2-Be
vigilant and keep open your senses so that you see what you get.
3-Having
the ability to continue to change what you do until you get what you want.
Today NLP has institutes
around the world and many authors have applied NLP to medicine and health,
treatment and psychological well-being, business, education, athletics, law and
