What is NLP

Neuro Linguistic Programming
Is the study of how people organize their thinking, feeling, language and behaviour to produce the results they really want. It's the science which explores the workings of the human mind; how we think, how we develop our desires, goals and fears and how we motivate ourselves, make connections and make sense of our experiences. Briefly It's the art of modelling of human excellence.

Scientific definition of NLP
- Neuro: refers to our mind or nervous system and how it processes information and codes inside our body neurology. In simple we refer to the experience as entered, processed, and ordained by our mind mechanisms and neurological processes.
- Linguistic: indicates that the neural processes of the mind are coded, ordered, and give meaning through language, communication systems, and the various symbolic systems (grammar, mathematics, music, icons).
- Programming: refers to our ability to organize our basic sensory information (sights, sounds, sensations, smells, tastes, and symbols or words) in our body-mind organism which then allows us to provide achieve our desired results.


NLP is the study of the structures of subjective experiences; the relationship between mind, language, emotions and behaviours for people who are exceptionally good at what they do and discover how they do, so that anyone can achieve similar results by doing the same things.

It aims to go beyond the remedial changes (solving specific problems) for the "generative change" which gives you the opportunity to achieve more in all areas of your life; positive change, create new choices, be more effective with others, break free of old habits and self-destructive behaviours, manage negative situations,reduce stress and you'll be able to know exactly what you want and how to get it in life and develop skills that will help you achieve this result.

NLP in a nutshell
To succeed, you only need to remember three things:-
1-Know what you want; have a clear idea of ​​your desired outcome in any situation
2-Be vigilant and keep open your senses so that you see what you get.
3-Having the ability to continue to change what you do until you get what you want.

Today NLP has institutes around the world and many authors have applied NLP to medicine and health, treatment and psychological well-being, business, education, athletics, law and more.
